  • Connect to Innovate – Economic leaders participating at the Ontario Economic Summit (OES) have highlighted the need for more effective business-university collaborations to foster a more vibrant and internationally competitive innovation climate in Ontario.   We piloted three OES “Connect to Innovate” workshops in Spring 2010 to help address this challenge. FAST Program Seminars

The Ontario Chamber of Commerce, in partnership with the Ministry of Economic Development and Trade, the Ministry of Transportation, the Canadian Border Services Agency, and U.S. Customs and Border Protection presented a series of FAST (Free and Secure Trade) Program Information Sessions. The sessions focused on importers, carriers, and drivers. Participants had the opportunity to not only pick up written information but also speak with officials.
