Connect to Innovate
The Business - University Collaboration Imperative
Economic leaders participating at the Ontario Economic Summit (OES) have highlighted the need for more effective business-university collaborations to foster a more vibrant and internationally competitive innovation climate in Ontario. As such, the OES team has partnered with the Council of Ontario Universities (COU), local universities and chamber partners, the Ministry of Research and Innovation (MRI) and the Ontario Centres of Excellence (OCE) to create the “Connect to Innovate” (CTI) initiative aimed at gaining insight into this issue to bring about positive change for the province.
We invite you to join us in Windsor, Ontario, on September 22nd, 2010, for our 4th pilot workshop in the CTI series. Be an active participant in an insightful debate on how business and academia can collaborate more effectively to achieve mutually beneficial, long-lasting and prosperous partnerships.
