2012 Workshops Announced
In 2010, the Ontario Economic Summit (OES) launched a series of “Connect to Innovate” workshops, aiming to address the challenges and opportunities linked to the relationship (or in some cases, lack thereof) between the business community and institution-based research capacity. The first series, a result of a partnership between the OES, local Chambers of Commerce and the Council of Ontario Universities, took us to London, Sudbury, Windsor and York Region.
Back by popular demand, OES is now organizing a second set of workshops, for which we are delighted to welcome Colleges Ontario as another valued partner to the initiative. The first session took place in Hamilton on Friday June 24, 2011 and a second was held in Kingston on December 15, 2011. Our next workshop in Guelph will take place on February 2, 2012.
